Responsibilities:
As a Clerk, you will process the Data Entry portion of our applications and complete administrative duties such as preparing and sorting supporting application documents that are received through a variety of methods for processing. This role requires patience, empathy, and attention to detail to handle all requests and concerns. SILAC provides ongoing training to enhance the knowledge and accuracy in processing applications of diverse complexity.
Through primarily outbound communication, you will build strong, long-lasting relationships with Agents, IMOs, and distribution partners. Occasionally, there will be complaints or complex problems, which allows development in conflict resolution and team collaboration.
SILAC is looking for a detail-oriented individual that possesses the technical know-how to update our systems and utilize s for fraud, privacy issues, complaints, and suggestions.
