Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver end to end acquisition support and talent solutions.

• Advertising roles on various platforms
• Resume screening, Interviewing candidates and reference checking & compiling employment contracts
• Checking and verifying compliance documentation
• Engaging with our candidates and answering their queries
• Assist in building candidate talent pools and developing pipelines of quality candidates
• General reporting requirements
• Assist the HR Department with admin tasks as required.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within in a similar role or function.
• Ability to build relationships across the organisation with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced reporting and MS Office skills.

Qualifications in Human Resources or related field highly desirable
