Mergers & Acquisitions Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supporting the recruiting efforts of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department of Signers National. This person will focus on the procurement of Commercial P&C producers and/or insurance agencies who are looking to join forces with Signers National.

• Prospecting & generating potential M&A opportunities by utilizing internal database of leads and additional tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Maintain a pipeline and manage relationships with potential M&A opportunities.
• Utilize multiple outreach channels including phone calls, email, social media, etc. Achieve/exceed outreach metrics for all channels.
• Consistently communicate, consult, and collaborate with all stakeholders and prospects.
• Assist with various duties during the acquisition process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ of recruiting experience, preferably in a sales-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated
