Signature Senior Lifestyle Hiring for HR Business Partner at Beaconsfield Full Time

Our new HR Business Partner will focus on team spirit. This means making your team’s roles fulfilling and enjoyable, supporting and caring for them, and fostering a strong team ethos.

Joining us as a HR Business Partner, you’ll implement the agreed business and HR strategy that delivers targeted and meaningful ‘people plans’ for your operational areas/ region. You’ll identify key annual priorities and ensure your strategy feeds into the overall company people plan.

You’ll proactively benchmark HR best practice and coach leadership within the homes in your region, monitoring, measuring and tracking HR performance and service against the agreed objectives and SLAs. A key part of your role will be to identify opportunities for high performers to reach their full potential and ensure there is a structure in place for growth and development across your region.

You’ll also identify weaknesses and threats at the same time and support leaders to make the correct changes.

You’ll bring extensive experience of managing employee relations cases within a fast-paced, customer-centric, unionised and regulated environment. You’ll be able to translate business plans into meaningful business areas/ functional plans and you’ll have excellent working knowledge of compliance, confidentiality, data protection and security standards and expectations.

You’ll possess industry-relevant qualifications, be CIPD qualified or hold equivalent experience. A degree is also highly desirable.

You’ll round out your qualifications and experience with superb presentation and communication skills, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to deal with multiple contacts and stakeholders on a daily basis.
