Signature Retail Services is adding to our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be working out of our Corporate Offices in Aurora, IL.
The candidate we’re looking for will have a strong background in retail/ merchandising personal acquisition, including experience using applicant tracking systems, strong customer/employee service skills and must be comfortable with heavy call volume. Bi-lingual Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively engaged in all recruiting functions for internal and external candidates including initial contact, Phone Screens, Scheduling of interviews, and Sourcing Candidates for High Volume, Nationwide Recruiting
• Provides overall administrative support in a fast paced, high volume, nationwide recruiting environment
• Assists the Hiring Manager and Recruiting Department in preparation of requisitions and various applicant tracking system (ATS) administrative duties
• Updates candidate records in recruiting and payroll system and provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone, text and email.

• Ability to maintain high level of output while preserving accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self -starter, able to behave with highest integrity and respect for confidentiality.
• Exceptionally strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise effective judgment and sensitivity to changing needs and situations
