As a Traveling Recruiter you will be responsible for the recruitment efforts of nursing leadership, direct care nursing as well as regional support for positions for a dedicated region.

The Corporate Traveling Recruiter opportunity could be in any of our 10 states (AL, FL, GA, IN, KY, MD, NC, OH, TN and VA) that Signature HealthCARE operates in.

The position requires extensive travel 4 – 5 days a week. Additionally, this role will require onsite recruitment efforts and initiatives in effort to stabilize staffing.

Requirements for Consideration include:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent work related experience (i.e., Staffing, human resources, sales, customer service or retail experience) may be acceptable.

* Must have 2 or more years recruiting in Long Term Care preferred

* Experience in reviewing requisitions and developing a recruitment strategy and set of selection criteria collaboratively with hiring manager.

This is not a remote position and it will require extensive travel 4 – 5 days a week. Additionally, this role will require onsite recruitment efforts and initiatives in effort to stabilize staffing.
