Signature Capital LLC is an Arizona Corporation offering private money loans to companies in 50 states. Hard money commercial use, non-owner occupied loans are based on the asset (collateral property) value and typically 55%-65% LTV. With offices in CA and AZ. Signature Capital LLC is run by President who holds 30 years experience in the industry.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative & Accounting Specialist is a key member to our Property Management and Loan Servicing teams, ensuring the Company and it’s investors’ rights are protected.
Working with the Property Management team, the Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely record-keeping with regard to expenses billed to each property.
Additional role as Assistant to the Controller requires ability to work in fast paced environment, highest level of attention to detail and very strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will assist in insurance management, foreclosures, project and property management duties, corporate filings, accounting and data entry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Property Manager with monthly audit on collateral property’s insurance and when necessary add to Force place insurance blanket policy;
2. Assist Loan Servicing Manager prepare, ensure execution and record Assignments;
3. Assist Loan Servicing Manager prepare, ensure execution and maintain individual Noteholders Agreement(s) LSA, Foreclosure Assignment of Authority, Loan Servicing form and set up in The Mortgage Office (TMO);
4. Physical file and electronic file maintenance;
5. Office supply management, mail coordination (in/out)
6. Initiate completion of Audit Checklists for loan servicing, foreclosure, investor/AMF Partner boarding and maintenance;
7. Create and Implement standardized naming of electronic documents;
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
College Degree preferred however relevant work experience may be substituted.
Experience:
Five (5+) years experience with private money/hard money lending, compliance, title, foreclosure, legal documents.
Other:
Ability to work in a small environment with a team, willingness to follow set policies and procedures, strong attention to detail, understanding of compliance issues related to documents, consistently meeting deadlines, support to investors and borrowers alike.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, CRM (ZOHO), Loan Servicing Software (TMO), Electronic and Physical File Management (Cloud Based), Data Analysis, Research Ability, Communication skills written and verbal.

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
