Signal Energy Constructors Hiring for Talent Development Manager Job at Remote Full Time

As the Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for all internal talent development activities & programs. You will work closely with all internal department leaders & individual contributors to support talent development goals. This exempt position is flexible for hybrid or remote employment, with the option to work in the Chattanooga, TN or Houston, TX offices and reports to the Signal Energy VP of HR Solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop strong relationships with Department heads and Operational Function leaders to gain an understanding of developmental needs that align with business priorities.
• Assess training priorities and gaps, while taking on a leadership role in the development and deployment of learning strategies and internal training curriculum to meet those requirements.
• Identify and develop appropriate learning and talent solutions, ensuring effectiveness by designing or selecting the appropriate format, materials, exercises, delivery for the intended purpose and audience.
• Ensure effective execution of change leadership and process excellence strategies and tactics within stakeholder groups, developing appropriate measurement metrics and evaluation of desired KPI’s.
• Analyze industry trends in capability mapping, skill gap analysis and development programs; and prepares strategy and ideas to address trends and gaps.
• Responsible for coaching employee owners/managers in a manner consistent with the company’s Core Principles and leadership philosophy.

• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent management/training and development.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Must be an experienced and dynamic facilitator, presenter, storyteller and coach.
• Comprehensive knowledge of learning and organizational development concepts and principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be the recognized leader in the space an able to think ahead of the curve
• Ability to work across virtual platforms (MS Teams).
• Highly organized, goals-focused with a customer service mindset.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of Talent Development/Organizational Development experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, industrial/organizational psychology or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Certifications in employee and leadership development (MBTI, Hardiness Resilience Gauge, DiSC, mediation, conflict management, etc. preferred.
• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion education experience preferred.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
