Position Summary

Provide administrative support for the assigned Talent and Culture department. $20 to $23 per hour

Essential Functions

• Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
• Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding.
• Complete reports for Verification of Employment.
• Administer attendance warnings for all hourly employees.
• Coordinate, schedule and track training participation.
• Track attendance, Excel Spreadsheets, and follow-up phone calls.
• Support front desk functions
• Coordinate, schedule and track training participation, (as needed).

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent Required – Bachelor’s preferred
• Two years of human resources or related support experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with time sensitive and changing deadlines, without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to build professional relationships while facilitating a collaborative environment
• Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, reliable
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing
• Maintain complete confidentiality about all HR matters
• SAP HR systems experience a big plus

Work Environment

Ability to work in an office and plant environment with exposure to noise, equipment and machinery
