POSITION SUMMARY
Defines L&D strategy and direction which align with business strategy and priorities to ensure development and facilitation of programs including leadership development, employee development, IDP, mentoring, onboarding, needs assessment, training evaluation and assessing talent.. An L&D expert and trusted advisor on leader and people development issues. Ensure the effective development and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective L&D programs that align with Sigma’s cultural framework and Central Learning & Development global strategy.
