As our Recruitment Advisor you’ll be here to make sure that we attract the right people for our roles, ensuring you’re screening and selecting the best candidates.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our candidates have a great recruitment experience, with the majority of your time spent working on recruitment drives for our Contact Centre.

You aren’t intimidated by the challenges of large scale volume recruitment and can adapt to work to all requirements, whether they are big or small.

This means that you have a direct input into the success of the business and you’ll thrive under the pressure this can bring at times.

You have a real chance to help shape and perfect a newly formed recruitment team, you’re candidate management expertise will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the Contact Centre recruitment pipeline to ensure relevant staffing levels are achieved as and when required
• CV sift and manage candidate progression or rejection
• Conduct initial telephone interviews with applicants
• Communicate with key figures within the function and across the business to arrange interviews and feedback
• Facilitate and participate in Assessment centres as needed
• Manage internal vacancies ensuring tracking of applications and storing as per GDPR guidelines
• Maintaining employee information on the relevant HR systems
• Working with the Recruitment team on relevant projects

• Act as an ambassador for Sigma when dealing with external third parties and attending external events
