Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice-President, Gaming & Strategic Initiatives, the Director, Internet Gaming (iGaming) focuses on organizational excellence through efficient operations, by leading and managing the development and implementation of policies and business processes within the iGaming portfolio.
Responsibilities include: leads the planning, development, and monitoring of iGaming products and its operations, including player-facing communications. Leads the thorough and timely review of all processes, procedures and policies impacting SIGA or its employees. Serves as a repository of best practices knowledge in their area of expertise. Leads the development and implementation of the online gambling systems and protocols, to manage risk, reduce duplication and promote the efficient use of resources and materials. Provides effective leadership and courageous decision-making to resolve complex iGaming issues with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining alignment with SIGA’s guiding principles. Monitors iGaming portfolio to ensure compliance with corporate direction. Supervises assigned employees, promotes positive relationships and ensures they have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Models SIGA’s values, and presents a positive image of SIGA in the community. Leads other projects and activities as directed by the Vice-President, Gaming & Strategic Initiatives.
Job Requirements: *
Education: *
Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Experience:
Five years’ related management experience in gaming or a related industry
Including two years’ experience in project delivery, and three years’ experience in E-commerce, marketing, product management, planning, and execution
Proven experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions

The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to the use of tobacco smoke and high noise levels.
