As a HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Specialist,

You will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department with a primary focus on managing full lifecycle recruitment, recruiting using a variety of resources – social media, referrals, local schools and job fairs, background checks, personnel file maintenance, file auditing, assisting in the administration of benefits, FMLA/LOA and Worker’s Compensation and participating in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
• Three (3) or more years’ experience in progressively responsible HR role
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• CPR and CPI Certification (training available upon hire)
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
