We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, University Relations and Early Career. This person will be supporting SNC’s 40+ locations, providing interns and entry level hires to meet the needs of our early career positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager, University Relations and Early Career is a critical part of the success of our future ready positions and elevating the experience of our program.

What to look forward to:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, execution, and assessment of talent acquisition initiatives for our University Relations Program and entry-level hires. You will lead a team of recruiting professionals, providing direct supervision, hiring, training, analytics reviews, and performance management. You will work with HR business partners and business leaders on an ongoing basis as well as cross-functional teams to develop enterprise recruiting and sourcing strategies that meet business needs. You will also have the opportunity to design and lead recruiting campaigns, target leading industry talent, and specialized recruiting programs such Military Recruiting and Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, etc.

Success looks like:

• As a manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
• Screening and qualifying entry level job seekers across a broad range of positions/business units to recommend to candidates appropriately
• Elevate intern/co-op program experience
• Develop intern/co-op’s and increase their knowledge of our business in order to provide a quality program and prepare them for future returning opportunities with SNC
• Increase SNC’s target intern conversion goal year over year

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study
• Typically 2 or more years of project leadership or experience directly or indirectly managing teams
• Typically 7 or more years talent acquisition experience including full-cycle recruitment and use of HRIS, ATS, sourcing, recruitment marketing tools, and reporting of recruiting analytics
• Typically 2 or more years of University Relations experience
• Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, career development, mentoring and training

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $101,774.67 – $139,940.19

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
