As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, enticing, and hiring fantastic candidates for a range of entry level roles across our Siemens Operating Companies: Digital Industries, Smart Infrastructure and Siemens Mobility Limited.
We are looking for someone with a passion for early talent as we believe our apprentice, graduates and interns are the pipeline for our future leaders!
You will work closely with our operational team lead and apprentice to deliver up to 100 hires within the early careers recruitment cycle, partnering with the different business units to understand their individual needs – so you’ll need to be flexible and agile.
We offer a flexible working environment, however, there will be a need to be in our fabulous Manchester HQ. There will also be travel required for this role as you will attend various careers events and be running your own assessment centres across the country at our different sites.

Here is a taste of what you can expect from this exciting opportunity:
Role briefings to fully understand and shape the requirements of the role
Completing the end to end recruitment process and assisting the team in delivering 300+ hires for the year.
Planning the strategy for recruitment with different hiring managers, across the different divisions.
Advertising our roles on our external job boards as well as different platforms to ensure we reach our target audience.
Administering the different stages of our process which includes CV screening, online testing, video interviewing also influencing and training managers and candidates on these processes.
Managing both candidates and stakeholders throughout the process which requires continual communication.
Providing regular reports showing vacancy activity progress.
Working with our TA specialist team to help shape our marketing and communications strategy
Liaise with our HR support functions to ensure end to end process is delivered efficiently
Providing feedback to candidates, especially those that are unsuccessful to advise them for their future applications and promote brand advocacy.
Facilitating large scale assessment centres whereby we evaluate the candidates in a variety of activities
Onboarding of candidates from completing paperwork for contracts through to keeping in touch from point of offer to start date.
Process improvement projects related to the recruitment process or wider Talent Acquisition function.
About you…
We are looking for someone with a passion for candidates, customers and all things early careers. We need someone who can manage their time effectively as this is high volume and high intensity work.
You will be able to organise and manage large scale sessions such as assessment centres or workshops.
People management is key so you will enjoy working and collaborating with customers from all levels of the business
You will have good attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
