As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, enticing, and hiring fantastic people for a range of roles and business units within the UK&I! We are looking for a consultant or resourcer with a passion for finding people!

We are looking for someone with a passion for matchmaking diverse & inclusive talent and delivering a fantastic customer and candidate experience.

You will partner with our TA team and customers, providing awesome candidates for a range of roles.

We are looking for someone with a passion for all things digital to promote Siemens UK as an employer of choice by creating and generating inspiring content.

This role is focused on identify people for a range of roles across our business, however, there is a lot more that you will be involved in.

• We are looking for someone who is customer and candidate-obsessed! You will be searching for fantastic people across multiple disciplines, whilst partnering with your stakeholders, creating, and developing recruiting strategies, whilst taking candidates on an effective journey!
• Positioning Siemens as an “Employer of Choice” – generating inspirational content for your network (think videos and cool stories!)
• The ability to promote our assessment library, and create tailored assessment and selection processes with your customers
• Passion for finding those unicorn candidates – using your recruiting ninja skills on platforms such as LinkedIn!
• Creating and developing defined and diverse candidate pools of awesome people to proactively discuss with your customers
• Working within our brilliant TA team, you will contribute to our wider TA and marketing strategy for the UK and collaborate with our global colleagues to drive knowledge sharing and upskilling!
• You will have the opportunity to contribute to our D&I strategy, content strategy, and wider super cool TA projects!

About you…

We are looking for an experienced resourcer or consultant who quite simply, loves recruiting, attracting and finding people. You will be able to take both customers and candidates on a journey, by providing a consultancy approach to recruitment.

The ability to work in an agile way is critical and a background sourcing finance and digital roles would be an advantage.

You will enjoy creating and promoting Siemens and Siemens TA on social platforms, whilst looking at ways to entice candidate candidates into our awesome business.

If you enjoy finding people in the right role, creating sourcing strategies, working across multiple business areas, and strive for creating a brilliant customer and candidate experience, then this could be the role for you!
