This is your role. What part will you play?
Due to fast growth a newly created role is available within in our P&O Organisation. Here you will partner with the business and people leaders to support end-to-end recruitment and strategic sourcing initiatives for key transport projects for Siemens Mobility. We are seeking an experienced TA professional who has demonstrated experienced in delivering projects recruitment, meeting the project mobilisation deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of candidate management and process improvement.
This position is a 6-month contract based in our Sydney office.
You will work across a variety of roles within our business and manage end-to-end recruitment process. Roles are varied so flexibility and autonomy are key – you will take control and manage the process with professionalism and instil confidence in the manager enabling a calm environment.
Strong relationships with Hiring Managers are critical ensuring facilitation of the process including taking accurate job briefs, phone screening candidates, creating shortlists and coordinating interviews. Your priority is always sourcing the “Right Person for the Right role”, while maintaining the mobilisation deadlines of the business.
