The Internal Services Professional role sits within GBS Hire 2 Retire (H2R) Services. The role involves working closely with various Stakeholders and Service Providers, both internal and external, influencing GBS system and data strategies. It also requires a flexible approach to a variety of activities, such as contributing to projects and BAU demands/reporting, analysing, and developing data, regular annual activity, process improvement and technical problem solving across systems. Independent thinking and a pro-active, calm approach to managing your own priorities is essential.
