What will you do?

• Respond professionally to e-mail requests to/from customers
• Create reports using SAP and Excel
• Proactively monitor reports to ensure timely follow-up actions are completed
• Handle shipping claims from customers for incorrect shipments
• Support customers expedite requests for back ordered products, including escalations
• Timely uploads of invoices to customer portals
• Support the Customer Interaction Center
• Suggest & implement process improvements to improve team efficiencies & customer satisfaction
• Help create a project management structure for process improvements
• Other administrative duties as assigned

What will you need to succeed?

• Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months, preferably in Business Administration
• Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications (Excel)
• Strong administrative skills
• Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity
• Strong analytical thinking and decision making
• Results driven
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Asset (Nice-to-have):

• Bilingual in French is a strong asset
• Experience in SAP is an asset
