This is a rolewell suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set andgain hands-on experience. As a Talent Acquisition Intern supporting theUniversity Relations team, you will be responsible for :

Conducting acomprehensive market scan of undergraduate school programs, including datacollection on co-op programs, student enrollment demographics, office siteproximity, major and degree offerings, and more.

You will leverage publicdata sources, including : IPEDS, US News & World , universityemployment outcomes s, and internal ing tools.

Craft andpresent recommendations based on research analysis and partner withRecruiters to draft clear, accessible reference documentation for future recruiteruse.

Provideinsights on the student recruiting experience by conducting acommunications audit and hosting focus groups with other interns andrecent graduates / alumni.

Utilizinginternal CRM and database tools to pre-identify candidates for proactiveoutreach for future recruiting cycles.

Immersingyourself fully in the Healthineers Summer Internship experience, learningabout our company culture and values, and networking with peer interns,leaders and managers

You have anatural curiosity and passion for research, hunting for information, andfinding solutions to multi-dimensional challenges

You have strong / advancedExcel skills and experience formatting data in clear, digestible formats

You havecompleted coursework and class projects that require the compiling andanalysis of data and presenting your findings / recommendations

You will beworking with our recruiting systems, public databases, and school partner technologiesand are able to learn and operate in new systems quickly

Willingnessto travel into the office 1-2 days per week, as needed (Malvern, PA;Walpole, MA; or Tarrytown, NY)

Required skills and education to have for thesuccess of this role :

Currentlyenrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Liberal Arts and / or disciplinesincorporating quantitative research (rising Junior preferred)

Minimum 3.0GPA (preferred)

Comfortengaging in virtual and in-person exploratory conversations with businessleaders and peers

Start Date : Summer 2024

The pay range for this position is $22.40 – $26.00 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, and experience.
