Do you have talent acquisition experience, and are you seeking a new remote-working job? Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. We envisage this role will require 3-4 days a month at one of our locations – Oxford, Sudbury (Suffolk), Llanberis (North Wales) or Camberley (Surrey).

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be developing direct sourcing strategies for diverse talent.

If you were working with us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner; your week would include:

• Coaching and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Supporting and leading employer branding projects
• Building talent pipelines
• Advising hiring managers on role profile and definition, candidate availability and market conditions.

Your qualifications and experience:

• In-house or recruitment agency experience recruiting for permanent roles across a broad range of positions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Diverse sourcing strategy experience
• Demonstrable experience providing a great candidate experience.
