We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support management of specific Quality sub-systems: CAPA, Nonconformances, Audits, Change Control, Document Control, Management Review
Review and approve Quality System records
Maintain and improve Quality System documentation
Leads and/or support Quality System initiatives and improvements
Develops training materials and conduct Quality System training
Collects and analyze data and from quality processes and generate regular reports / metrics
Lead, coordinate and conduct Quality System audits
Support operations and R&D by providing guidance

Skills & Qualifications (Education and Experience)
University Degree and/or formal training in QA and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable to Epocal
2+ years’ industry experience with a minimum of 1 year or more in an ISO registered manufacturing environment, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable to Epocal
ISO13485, ISO14971 and MDSAP Quality System Regulation (QSR) experience preferred
Preferred certifications: ISO13485 Auditor (TPECS, CQA), and/or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
Computer literacy including Microsoft 365 tools and Adobe Acrobat
