We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our active and forward-thinking UK Talent Acquisition Function in this exciting, newly created role.
You will play a key part in the success of recruitment across all Siemens Energy businesses, developing valuable skills and experience in a pioneering, multi-national company!

You will be joining a friendly and vastly experience team who will help you get up to speed on the essentials of the role. Longer term, the things that could help you be successful are:
- Effective communicator

- Appreciation for trends and development in recruitment and the Engineering sector in general
- Proactive mindset with high level of organisational skills
- Interested in working in an agile and dynamic environment
You will be studying (or recently graduated) for a degree in Engineering, HR, Psychology or Business related subject.
Your responsibilities
- Key involvement in the entire recruitment cycle, from role creation to post-offer and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
- Assist with reporting and data gathering
- Assist with direct sourcing and pipelining
- Explore opportunities to raise the profile of Siemens Energy within specific target markets
- Involvement in UK and regional transformation projects
