Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Global client IT Infrastructure lead position is a plus
• 8-10 years of total experience with:
• Hands-on experience in design and development of a cloud based client architecture
• Good knowledge in virtualization and ITIL based operations
• Expert know-how on Windows Client, Intune, MECM, Windows Client
• High affinity for modern IT infrastructure and knowledge about all relevant technology and IT trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Sensitivity and Experience in an Intercultural Environment
• Strong Leadership Skills and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management ability

Your responsibilities

• Take the lead in designing a worldwide enterprise level IT Client Infrastructure environment
• Support in development and sustainable implementation of the IT Client Infrastructure strategy
• Coordination with other service and system managers, suppliers and key users to gather requirements
• Development of complete concepts and business cases as well as communication with the IT leadership team to support the decision-making process
• Working with project teams to implement client services, including review and approval of change requests as well as managing risks and ensuring professional provider management for 3rd level support
• Analyze / optimize and implement specific requirements
• Ensure efficient and cost optimized infrastructure, also aligned with optimized license usage
