Your Profile

• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
• Good organizational skills.
• Knowledge & experience in Forecasting and cost controlling project data analysis
• Familiar with analyzing budgets, forecast & actuals and reporting summary level with drill down when required
• Experiences with Project Management office
• Knowing Project Methods
• Working with different geographies across different time zones
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• English Language Mandatory
• Germany Language Optional

Your responsibilities

• Milestone planning with all major deliverables scheduled creating a final project schedule which is timely optimized, and resource levelled and baselined.
• Project process to track and update project schedule and progress is defined, described, and introduced.
• Analysis (eg SPI), reports (Progress DB), regular meetings to identify corrective measures are in place.
• Consolidated cost distribution available: internal, external, other costs for BU or IT; cost by cost center; customer cost view.
• Status of project / sub-projects / teams is consolidated and available.
• Ensuring the PMO report is available in time.
• Alignment of open topics; prioritization of ad-hoc PMO tasks, tracking of action items
• Setup regular test issue reporting, define KPI, organize review meeting, tracking of action items
• To Setup a tool for cleansing case tracking, setup regular cleansing case reporting, define KPI, organize review meeting, tracking of action items
• Cutover plan including activities (start, end, duration), interdependencies, milestones, estimated effort, estimated resources (skills, people, travel costs, equipment)
• Track & report progress, setup regular cutover meeting
• Setup availability list, track vacation planning, report conflicts to PLT, install travel schedule
• Create standard & customized lists & views, support SharePoint usage, user & access management, transfer content to SharePoint, training, troubleshooting, recovery & archiving
• Maintain template pool, create new templates, ensure up-to-datedness, align with methodology
• Analyze budgets, forecast & actuals and reporting summary level with drill down when required
• Data analysis and reporting quality assurance
• Preparation of End-User communication like Company Emails, Yammer Post, etc
• Preparation of Management Presentation (in PowerPoint)
