Sideshow Consulting Hiring for Business Systems Analyst Job at Sydney Full Time

The initial focus of the role will be a major project involving the development of a new digital platform to provide services such as software licensing, product documentation and support to a global customer base. As the company is experiencing dramatic growth, similar business systems projects for both customers and internal users will follow.

Essential Experience:

• A strong BA background in IT or software products
• Best-practice Agile methods: eliciting and defining epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Writing detailed requirements and driving MVP implementations
• An appreciation of UX issues, commitment to robust interface design
• An ability to work with a variety of local and global stakeholders including product managers, software architects, devops, business systems, finance, sales and the executive
• Using modern project and collaboration tools e.g. Jira, Confluence
• The ability to identify a solution, prepare a plan and execute an outstanding outcome

Optional:

• Experience mapping process workflows in PaaS environments
• Experience with the integration and process work flow mapping of Salesforce, NetSuite, Accounting, and ERP systems
• Experience with the development of customer facing platforms / portals
• An understanding of MEAN stack and AWS tools / technologies
