Job Summary

Gibbons Security are seeking an experienced SIA Door Supervisor Trainer to deliver both full licence and refresher (top-up) courses on a freelance basis across the Midlands.

We will handle venue, course bookings, and marketing — you will focus purely on delivering high-quality training and ensuring learners meet the required standards.

This is an opportunity for consistent course delivery with a reliable pipeline of learners.

Duties

• Deliver SIA Door Supervisor (6-day) courses

• Deliver SIA Refresher (Top-Up) courses

• Conduct physical intervention training safely and effectively

• Prepare learners for exams and assessments

• Ensure all training is delivered in line with awarding body standards

• Maintain a professional and engaging training environment

Requirements

• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent

• Level 3 Certificate in Delivering Physical Intervention Training

• Experience delivering SIA Door Supervisor courses

• Access to or working with an approved training centre / awarding body

• Valid Public Liability Insurance

Desirable

• Own training equipment (mats etc.)

• Ability to travel across the Midlands

> Immediate start available. First courses expected within the next 2–4 weeks.

Job Types: Freelance, Fixed term contract

Pay: £180.00-£300.00 per day
