Shy Creation, INC Hiring for Marketing Coordinator (Graphic Design & Content Creation) at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Shy Creation Inc. is a leading jewelry brand, known for creating contemporary and elegant pieces. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Assistant, with a strong background in graphic design and content creation, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including (but not limited to) brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

2. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to design and edit graphics and visual content.

3. Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels using an iPhone, professional camera, or other relevant devices.

4. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other team members to develop and execute marketing strategies.

5. Oversee our photographer to manage product photography of all new products, and upload images to our database.

6. Coordinate with our Web Department to notify them of seasonal product drops.

7. Keep track of multiple projects and moving deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of assets.

8. Monitor and on the performance of marketing campaigns, and suggest improvements where necessary.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, content creation, and the jewelry industry.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.

2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

3. Experience using an iPhone or professional camera for content creation.

4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

5. Background in the jewelry industry is highly preferred.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative office environment.

7. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
