Showsec Hiring for Recruitment Manager Job at Leicester, England Full Time

Showsec is searching for a dynamic, innovative individual with a creative mindset and hands-on approach to identify new recruitment methods, as well as using current outlets, to recruit in excess of 3,000 casual workers per year in roles both as SIA Door Supervisors and Event Safety Stewards.

The successful candidate will plan and manage the end-to-end, high volume recruitment of all casual worker posts; ensuring high calibre talent is recruited into the business by developing robust processes and attraction strategies utilising innovative and creative attraction tools.

What you will be doing

• Line management and development of the Recruitment team
• Creating and managing a resourcing strategy which attracts the type and volume of candidates outlined in the operational forecasts
• Continually improve and build upon direct sourcing opportunities and to be aware of competitor advances
• Manage the advertising budget, ensuring maximum output and cost effectiveness is achieved for each campaign
• Complete and maintain recruitment and applicant screening records in keeping with BS7858
• Utilise and improve a bespoke Applicant Tracking System to manage the journey of the applicant
• Design and post both internal and external adverts
• Provide expert knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies that underpin the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Managing and coaching a team of recruiters, ensuring effective use of recruitment tools to drive the attraction, assessment, and selection of casual workers
• Working with the Marketing team to ensure that all recruitment activity and collateral is up to date, on brand and fit for purpose, ensuring quality advertising and marketing of roles
• Manage and attend recruitment events including open days, recruitment fairs
• Ensuring a balance between 3rd party resources and internal capacity whilst ensuring the smooth running of the ATS recruitment pipeline

• Natural ability to build successful relationships with a multitude of different people at different levels
• Ability to define processes to ensure there is ongoing transparency and availability of resourcing information, ultimately achieving automation and self service
• Ability to identify and flag delivery issues to ensure resource allocation of budgetary investment is optimised
• Possess a mindset of continuous improvement and proactively identify better ways to do things and drive solutions
