Job Title: Marketing Support Specialist
A Marketing Support Specialist will support all marketing efforts and be an integral part of the development and execution of a marketing plan to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. In addition, they will provide Product Information Management (PIM) support for National Account, Industrial, Retail, and Wholesale customer accounts. The position requires strong written and verbal communication capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.

The Marketing Support Specialist s to the Director of Marketing, Americas, Oceania, and EMEA.
Mission: To show versatility in managing and assisting in a wide range of marketing tasks that support the ongoing needs of our customer accounts.
The tasks of the Marketing Support Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Customer Product Information Management (PIM)
· Digital Asset Management (DAM)
· Oversee and update the company’s digital library
· Maintain the CMS and keep it current and working with the WordPress Developer
· Market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
· Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
· Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, events planning)
· Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
· Manage and direct external graphic design
· Manage and direct printing requirements for marketing assets
· Collaborate with marketing and other colleagues to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
· Manage corporate branded materials, including clothing, luggage, gear, etc.
· Work with the marketing team to plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, Amazon)
· Manage co-op marketing program with all distribution partners
· Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Requirements of the role:
· Proven experience as marketing specials or similar role
· Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM/Salesforce), and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools (e.g., WordPress) desired
· Exceptional communication and writing skills
· Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
· A cross-functional teamwork approach to support all internal departments
· BSc/BA in marketing, communication, or equivalent
