Short Term Girlfriend Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Australia Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for 10-15 hours a month to implement and analyse paid campaigns across various social media and search platforms. Australia based remote work. This role would suit a Meta & Google maestro with a collection of their own other clients.

The Digital Advertising Specialist will work to enhance brand awareness across both businesses, generate new leads and improve ROI across our digital channels.

Working across Short Term Girlfriend – Creative Recruitment and our sister company Sam I Am Management – Creative Production, you will play a vital role working with a collaborative team where your contribution will drive impact.

ABOUT YOU

You live and breathe digital advertising – you understand it – how to measure it and make it work effectively for any business or brand.

• Your experience is a cross pollination of content creation, performance marketing, marketing specialist, analyst and strategist.
• You have a strong understanding of brand and performance marketing channels and best practices.
• You assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to support the overall marketing of the business.
• You are highly experienced with google analytics and the meta business suite.
• You manage the business digital accounts and diversify the channel mix using paid media on social channels.
• You focus on campaign-specific results.
• You have an open mind, a growth mindset and a desire to learn and grow in your marketing career and be keen to understand and support our customer base.
• You identify market opportunities with confidence in an evolving digital landscape and advise on the development, coordination and implementation of plans/strategies for pricing and promoting and targeting the demographic data of the target audience.
• You have an understanding of SEO practices and a willingness to learn more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the marketing team on an integrated approach to creative & paid media across multiple audiences and platforms. Recommend an approach, defining benchmarks with researched rationale and best-practice suggestions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement creative content to support branded messages in digital advertising.
• Implement approved paid digital ads and manage campaigns end-to-end including setup, optimisation and ing.
• Manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring effective and accurate control of campaigns across paid digital channels.
• Identify trends and insights and optimise digital spending and performance.
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer engagement across multiple digital advertising and social media channels.
• Deliver monthly insight-driven s using a combination of analytics tools comparing similar historical goals and utilising data to optimise future campaigns.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation across branded and non-branded search campaigns.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies as part of the overall digital marketing for the companies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns is a must.
• Bonus points for experience with campaigns that have over-performed AND campaigns that have underperformed in the creative industry.
• Experience working in the creative industry.
• Strongly experienced across Google, Meta & LinkedIn platforms and analytics.
• Collaborative mentality – team player but also able to also work well autonomously.
• Detail oriented, highly organised with great communication skills.
• Passionate for the digital landscape – social and paid media and driven to keep abreast of trends and insights.
