We are looking for an ambitious team-player who can assist our executive leaders and the team as a whole. The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, versatile, an excellent communicator (written and verbal), willing to roll up sleeves to be involved in anything that needs to be done to help, and can own a project from start to finish. Our current office is in Provo. We may move our office northward to Northern Utah County or South Salt Lake County.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include (not inclusive of all possible responsibilities):

• Managing executive projects
• Assist with basic accounting and some HR/onboarding of new employees
• Data analysis
• Keeping the office and the team running smoothly which includes a variety of tasks from shopping, ordering supplies, setting up the office, and running business errands for the executive team.
• Planning and executing any meetings, events, offsite meetings as well as some travel
• Providing group level support for team reporting directly to the executive team.
• Working closely with executives and other organization leaders with regards to projects, communications, meetings, etc.

The Successful Candidate Will

Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills. An ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and solve routine problems proactively and effectively. The aptitude for rolling with changing circumstances (direction and strategy) while continuing to have professional and positive interactions.

Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions. Possess a high level of self-awareness and intrinsic appreciation for the value that admins provide.

An aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Work successfully in a team environment, building effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, accommodating work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.

Proven track record of excellent judgment, problem resolution, teamwork, negotiation, budgeting and analytical skills, decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure required.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and productivity software.

2+ years’ experience of successful administrative experience supporting an Executive level Manager and within a complex and fast paced environment or equivalent management experience is a related capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of and skilled in using different software systems.

Proficiency with Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and productivity software and internal tools.

Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, verbal, and written communications skills.

BS/BA degree preferred.
