What you can expect to be doing:
Be the Lead Analyst heading up our sales commission payments globally for our Sales and Professional Services team.
You’ll be the main contact for those employees with any queries relating to the commission.
You’ll have a high degree of exposure to working cross-functionally with FP&A, in-region Finance Business Partners, Sales Ops, Payroll, HR to name a few.
You’ll ensure that sales commissions and related incentive bonuses are accurate and paid on time.
It’ll give you exposure to working with all levels in SHL inc. C-suite
What we’ll be expecting from you:
You got to have advanced experience in Excel!
Had experience in Sales Compensation.
Be either degree-educated and/or relevant industry experience.
Be attentive to detail and manage a data/analytical role.
Be on point with deadlines – The sales team needs to be paid on time!
Has worked in a complex numerical role before.
