About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team at our global headquarters in Surrey.

As our newly appointed Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in the day-to-day sourcing of candidates to build talent pipelines for the EMEA Commercial business. You will be responsible for all candidate lead generation and for maintaining a pipeline of talent for SHL.

You will use various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

In addition, you will develop and implement effective strategies and programs to recruit top talent including leveraging ERP, job boards, social media platforms, resume data mining etc.

If you have strong networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy working in a fast pace environment we’d love to hear from you.

About You:

• You will have recruiting experience either in house or agency
• You will have previous experience working with job boards, networking and online social networking.
• You will have experience targeting passive candidates for hard to fill positions.
• You will have experience consulting with recruiters and hiring managers to develop search strategies
• You will have experience of screening candidates
