£42,000 – £52,000 plus package including bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Health & Safety professional to join a leading specialist working across construction & civil engineering projects, the position will be focusing on Midlands and South region. The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for:
– Provide advice and support to site teams in relations to Health & Safety
– Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
– Work in partnership with the H&S lead in the creation and implementation of the long term H&S strategy
– Conduction accident investigation and share findings with the senior leadership team
– Work with site teams to build a strong trust and health & safety culture
-To promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts

The Health & Safety Manager will have:
– 3 years + experience working in Health & Safety
– NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (NVQ or NCRQ)
– Tech IOSH minimum, working towards Grad IOSH would be desired but not essential
– Previous experience working in a construction or civil engineering environment with be a distinct advantage
– Happy to travel around sites
