Position Overview:

This highly visible position provides administrative support for the sales efforts of the company. As part of an experienced sales team, this position has the following responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team with all aspects of administrative and data support.

• Download, enter, and print, digital, and on-line customer purchase orders.

• Manage sample requests and tradeshow samples.

• Edit and maintain sales and inventory reports.

• Write product descriptions for new products.

• Create product codes and labels for new products each season.

• Work closely with VP of Sales and support a team of remote-based and in-house key account managers.

• Work in conjunction with Sales team to meet all deadlines and requests.

• Work cross-departmentally with Operations, Shipping and Returns departments.

This position is the glue that keeps all of the different aspects of the Sales Team running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be able to act as a conduit between the sales, marketing, and warehouse teams, have customer service experience, enjoy multi-tasking, have an incredible attention to detail, a strong understanding of how to bring efficiency to their job, strong communications skills and some data entry experience.

Shiraleah, LLC is based on the north side of Chicago just 3 blocks from the highway, blue line and Metra stops. This is a salaried position with pay ranging from $40,000-$45,000 per year plus bonus, health insurance, retirement, and paid time off.

COVID-19 considerations:

Safety protocols for all employees are strictly enforced and must be adhered to at all times. This position will have its own office space where routine cleaning is done.
