As a Training Coordinator, you will work closely with our operations leaders and process engineers to design, build and implement training modules and programs for hourly warehouse associates. A successful candidate will have broad, hands-on experience in training execution, content creation, and a strong track record of improving operational performance metrics.

This self-starter will work collaboratively with operations, HR, and other teams to create, improve, automate and document any and all required training materials; including orientation, job-specific procedures, and new equipment-use protocols.

What you’ll do:

• New hire / Cross training facilitation (Training Plan execution)
• Quality and Productivity – Top Offender engagements (daily)
• Specialty/Focused training activities (ex. WPR, re-trains, refresher trainings, equipment training, etc.)
• Training content review & maintenance (support of)
• Train-the-Trainer course facilitation and auditing (for Operations Ambassadors)
• Any remaining idle time should be spent in path, supporting Operations partners

What you’ll need:

• Proficiency in creating high-impact training materials and programs.
• Previous experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce fulfillment or distribution center setting; comfortable with operations processes and flow.
• Proven skills in observing performance and identifying performance gaps.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable to work with operations leaders to understand ShipMonk processes and translate required outcomes to training materials.
• Strong project management skills (proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Asana, Slack and other communication or productivity tools).
• Successful performance in this role may require occasional overnight shift observations, weekend work, and travel to ShipMonk locations outside of Florida.
• Experience building e-Learning modules and testing preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or 1.5+ years of industry experience required.
