Shine was created after experiencing first hand the difficulties of finding a cleaning service that had high quality results, trustworthy cleaners, and a consistent availability.

We believe someone should get a pay increase when they perform well, not when their employer says so. We give pay raises every month based off our clients reviews of your work.

We don’t expect you to be the best for an average pay. We’re proud to say we pay the highest in the industry.

All new team members start at $25/hr. Every month, we check your average rating from clients to see if it’s equal or above 4.75/5. If you are above this threshold, you will be given a $1/hr pay raise.

Many of our team members make $29/hr + tips. We are also the most flexible company in the area – we allow you to set your own schedule and work only when and where you want to work.

When you work with us at Shine Cleaning, you will set your availability through our mobile app and clock in and out right from your phone. You set your schedule and we will only assign jobs based on your availability.

Over time, as you do a great job, recurring customers will want you back on a set schedule. This will allow you to work with people you already know and that you’re comfortable with (recurring customers often tip exceptionally well, too!)

Shine does NOT provide supplies or insurance; however, we handle all advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, and let you focus on just your work. This is a contractor role where you’ll be expected to work independently.

Have another person that you currently clean with? That’s fine, too! We will schedule you for jobs together.

Start date: ASAP (Interview and background screening take between 7-10 days)

Duties:

• Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting
• Vacuuming, cleaning glass, wiping down surfaces, etc.
• Ability to manage time effectively and independently

Qualifications:

• 2 years of paid house cleaning experienced is required
• Must speak English (conversational okay)
• Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies

Shine Cleaning is not the employer of its registered cleaners; you would be accepting jobs as an independent contractor.

Part-time hours: 5 – 48 per week

Salary: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
