Responsibilities:

The eLearning Video Developer is responsible for delivering digital training materials that increase skills, knowledge, and behaviors across our customer-facing and sales teams. This position will be responsible for working within a team environment to build, maintain, and prototype e-learning content. The eLearning Video Developer will develop training content for a wide array of audiences, such as support staff and sales teams. This role will work closely with sales, support, and product leadership to ensure that all video training requests are properly fulfilled.

• Builds and maintains modern and engaging instructional videos.
• Expected to map, storyboard, and prototype learning experiences.
• Work with management to ensure completed projects and courseware meet users and company standards.
• Work directly with project stakeholders and SMEs, an effective learning program through eLearning content.
• Works directly with management to determine the best approach for each instructional video request.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years in a Customer Success, Training, or L&D environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience developing video eLearning content in Camtasia or equivalent products.
• Experience with creating storyboards to plan out video content.
• Experience with Payments and Point of sale systems (strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
