Shift Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at North Sydney Full Time

This role will be responsible to manage the end to end sourcing and recruitment pipeline.

What you will be doing:

• Assist to develop sustainable talent acquisition, hiring plans and strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (eg. Social platforms and professional networks)
• Design, plan and execute selection process including planning interview and selection procedures, screen calls, assessments and in person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our ATS.
• Work with management stakeholders to make key hires.
• Reviewing shortlisting applications and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work with People & Culture to plan recruitment campaigns.
• Assist with marketing to design, plan and executive employer branding activities.
• Organise and attend job fairs and/or recruitment events.
• Talent pipeline and business intelligence research.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluation surveys.
• Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
• Manage Employee Referral program.
• Develop methods and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.

Qualifications

• Relevant Business Degree preferred

Skills that set you apart:

• 3 Years plus Internal Recruitment experience
• Experience in financial sector and/or technology roles preferred.
• Experience across entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from identification through to onboarding
• Knowledge of ATS.
• Knowledge of employer branding techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection & sourcing methods
• Hands on experience with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
