Responsibilities
The eLearning Developer position is responsible for developing and maintaining digital training content that aims to increase skills and knowledge across the company. Individuals in this role will work closely with project leaders to create training materials on topics such as internal tools, new products, software simulations, payments, and partnerships/acquisitions.

• Build and maintain modern and engaging elearning content.
• Create storyboards and/or scripts for each project.
• Work with management to ensure completed projects and courseware meet users and company standards.
• Work directly with project stakeholders and SMEs to ensure all training content is accurate, and includes all requested topics.
• Work closely with other members of the Learning & Development to ensure that all materials released are consistent with department standards.
• Attend daily virtual meetings with the Learning & Development team to share your progress on each project that you are assigned to.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in a Customer Success, Training, or L&D environment.
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline, etc.) required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience developing video eLearning content in Camtasia or equivalent products.
• Experience with creating storyboards to plan out video content.
• Experience with Payments and Point of sale systems (strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
