Supporting Users / Systems / Software Support / IT Helpdesk / Service Desk

This Leading software company based near Derby have a vacancy for a Application Support Analyst, who has experience of application troubleshooting and technical diagnosis. You will join a team of 1 st and 2 nd line support analysts, working in tandem with the developers to solve client issues and track issues in the application.
