ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates, managing the recruitment team and building a strong Employer Brand.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Innovate and experiment with new approaches to candidate sourcing
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including high volume sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Manage the recruitment team
• Leverage and optimize existing technology to automate and streamline recruiting and hiring processes
• Develop, implement, analyze and share recruitment metrics to track effectiveness and drive improvement of programs, sources, and technology
• Support global Diversity & Inclusion Talent Acquisition initiatives
• Lead employer branding and social media strategy efforts, partnering with Marketing
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
• Develop and maintain a constructive partnership with all teams across the organization
• Create a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.
• Recommend ideas, strategies and process improvements related to recruitment

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of high volume recruitment experience
• Healthcare recruiting experience a plus
• Experience developing a high performing team
• Excels at building strong relationships
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• HRIS system knowledge and work experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to enter information into a computer or similar device for extended periods of time.
