Job Opportunity : Digital Marketing Specialist – AI-Driven Client Acquisition

Our client is a South African based AI start up that specializes in B2B client acquisition through web scraping. They help businesses find and connect with their exact target customers.

Their precise matching and connecting process has helped numerous businesses significantly scale their customer base.

The start up is scaling & launching in the U.S. This will be their first U.S. based hire and will be fundamental as they set up operations in Miami, FL and continue to build a U.

S. presence and Miami based team. It will be critical to be an expert in building up marketing operations from the ground up, while also handling an early stage startup environment.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing dynamic campaigns that significantly enhance our client’s reach.

Your Role :

Campaign Ideation & Strategy :

• Develop customer acquisition campaigns that harness their AI’s powerful web scraping and precision matching capabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand target demographics, analyze competitor strategies, and identify industry trends.
• Create strategic, data-driven campaign plans focused on achieving specific objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and client conversion.
• Leverage the latest AI marketing tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

Content Creation & Management :

• Partner with content creators to produce educational and engaging content that highlights the advantages of our AI-powered solutions in connecting businesses with perfectly matched clients.
• Develop and manage social media content that promotes dialogue, generates leads, and establishes our client as a thought leader in the AI-driven client acquisition space.
• Apply SEO best practices to maximize web content visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Oversee the content calendar to ensure consistent publication across various platforms.

Campaign Execution & Management :

• Launch and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using their AI insights to maximize ROI and optimize strategies.
• Evaluate website traffic and user behavior to refine customer acquisition funnels and improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated with new platform features and integrate them into marketing strategies for increased effectiveness.

ing & Analysis :

• Generate detailed s that offer actionable insights into key performance metrics.
• Present findings to the team, showcasing success stories and identifying areas for strategic improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team to tailor marketing efforts for generating high-quality leads that convert into sales.
• Remain informed about industry benchmarks and competitor performance to maintain a competitive edge.

Ideal Candidate :

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record in customer acquisition.
• Expertise in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing practices including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Marketo.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing and a commitment to ongoing learning in emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
