Sherwood Services is Looking for Exterior Building Cleaner Full Time

Exterior building maintenance for strata properties
-physically fit
– able to lift 50lbs
– ladder use
– comfortable with heights
– own transportation
– power washing
-window cleaning
– soft washing building exteriors
– rain gutter cleaning
– some exterior painting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Benefits:

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
COVID-19 considerations:
outdoor work with very little covid 19 risk and very small risk of covid related shutdowns.
