Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound phone calls while doing it with a friendly and outgoing disposition
• Complete other administrative duties as needed, including document management
• Manage a busy attorney’s calendar while following internal policies and procedures
• Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
• Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Other duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
• Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
