Responsibilities

Managing inbound and outbound phone calls while doing it with a friendly and outgoing disposition
Complete other administrative duties as needed, including document management
Manage a busy attorney’s calendar while following internal policies and procedures
Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Other duties as necessary

Qualifications

Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
