Job Summary
The Assistant Account Manager works under the direction of the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to serve and interact with customers, prepare orders for production, and perform other clerical support.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED along with some customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Must possess a capacity and willingness to learn a variety of computer software applications including, but not limited to, order entry and job ticket systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – 40 hours/week
Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
