Shepherd’s Fashions Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Ottawa, ON Full Time

Shepherd’s Fashions is growing, again! We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our eCommerce team. As our ideal candidate, you are kind, compassionate, and always put customer needs above all else.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, e-mail, and social media platforms
• Assist clients with ordering online
• Follow-up with orders
• Follow-up on all customer requests and provide the highest level of customer service
• Manage ongoing customer relationships
• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships
• Assist customers with after-sales service issues
• Maintain and update regular client correspondence

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in fashion retail
• Working knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Experience in E-Commerce, preferably with Shopify
• Must be a service- and sales-oriented person
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette
• Proactive personality and self-motivator
• Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented in a fast paced environment
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Apple
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Must be flexible and able to work weekends!
