This is a fantastic 6 month fixed term opportunity for an experienced Finance Administration Assistant to join our Brisbane based finance team. The role will primarily be responsible for assisting in raising purchase orders and managing invoice approval and receipting across all business divisions.

• Raise purchase orders for all divisions within the Shell Energy group;
• Receipt invoices and manage blanket purchase orders for recurring costs
• Assist with various audit queries as required;
• Assist with establishing new processes and procedures as required; and
• Assist the accounting team more broadly with project work and administration tasks.

About you:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently with results focus;
• Proactive at making continuous improvements;
• Excellent attention to detail skills;
• Good Excel skills;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Previous experience in a similar role; and
• SAP experience essential
