Join the SHEIKE team. We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Payable to support and grow within our busy and fast paced Finance team.

Reporting to the Financial Accountant and working within a team of three, the Accounts Payable will slot effortlessly into our dynamic team, be highly organised, a big picture thinker and understand the nature of working in a fast fashion business.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…

Some of the key accountabilities will be ;

• Use of InforM3 to enter supplier invoices
• Weekly management of local and overseas supplier invoices
• Weekly retail bonus calculations for payroll
• Month end tasks including overseas shipping tracking, P&L and budget preparation
• Postings all supplier invoices – arrange overseas and local payments
• Cash & Bank Reconciliation
• PO Matching of prepayment & goods received not invoiced.
• Stock Prepayment Reconciliation
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Properties & leasing reconciliation
• Stores Project tracking

PICTURE PERFECT…

Our dream Accounts Payable would come with;

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in pure Accounts Payable
• Studying towards CPA will be an advantage
• Experience with stock & PO matching
• Exposure with foreign currency (FX) payments.
• Intermediate excel skills – PIVOT, VLOOKUP
• InforM3(our current ERP system) experience will be advantageous
• The ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast paced environment whilst balancing competing tasks
• Graduate with a Bachelor of Accounting are encouraged to apply
